- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken, coating evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
