Simple blueberry protein ice cream recipe for Ninja Creami.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into Ninja Creami pint.
  4. Freeze for 24 hours.
  5. Process on the ‘Lite Ice Cream’ setting.
  6. If needed, add a splash of almond milk and re-spin.
