- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine oats, protein powder, blueberries, milk, honey, egg, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Mix until just combined.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
