These biscuits combine blueberries and protein for a quick breakfast.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, protein powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk and blueberries until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
