- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
