Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Mix in vanilla extract, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Gently fold in blueberries and chocolate chunks.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and cold butter. Cut butter into the mixture until it forms a crumble.
  8. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust. Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the batter.
  9. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  10. Let cool completely in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
