- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Gently fold in the blueberries and softened cream cheese.
- Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Top with extra blueberries or a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, use less milk or add more chia seeds.
- You can substitute other berries for blueberries.
