Description

A simple and delicious overnight oats recipe that tastes like blueberry cheesecake.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  2. Gently fold in the blueberries and softened cream cheese.
  3. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if needed to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Top with extra blueberries or a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs if desired.

Notes

  • For a thicker consistency, use less milk or add more chia seeds.
  • You can substitute other berries for blueberries.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is softened to avoid clumps.
