Description

Easy berry puff pastry twists.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/4 cup berry jam
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unfold puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread berry jam evenly over the pastry.
  4. Fold the pastry in half.
  5. Cut into 1-inch strips.
  6. Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the sugar.
