Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini according to package directions.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and butter to the skillet and cook until garlic is fragrant.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.

- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
