Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini according to package directions.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add garlic and butter to the skillet and cook until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked rotini to the skillet and toss to coat.
