Description

Spicy and flavorful chicken bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Shredded carrots, for serving
  • Sliced cucumber, for serving
  • Chopped green onions, for serving

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken with cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour sauce over chicken and toss to coat.
  5. Serve chicken over rice with carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
