Simple homemade banana bread recipe.

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Stir in the melted butter, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix in the brown sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Use very ripe bananas for best results.
