Simple baked salmon with spinach recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 10 ounces fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place spinach in a baking dish.
- Top with minced garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillet on top of the spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange lemon slices over the salmon.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes or asparagus.
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before baking.
