Description

Simple baked salmon with spinach recipe.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place spinach in a baking dish.
  3. Top with minced garlic and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Place salmon fillet on top of the spinach.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Arrange lemon slices over the salmon.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
  8. Serve immediately.

  • You can add other vegetables, such as cherry tomatoes or asparagus.
  • For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 30 minutes before baking.
