Description

Simple baked chicken with ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing mix and bread crumbs.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in olive oil, then coat with ranch mixture.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
