- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over chicken breasts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
