Asparagus Shrimp Angel Hair Pasta

Description

Quick pasta dish with shrimp and asparagus.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and asparagus and cook until shrimp is pink and asparagus is tender.
  4. Drain pasta and add to the shrimp and asparagus mixture.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Add red pepper flakes for heat.
  • Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
