Description
Quick pasta dish with shrimp and asparagus.
Ingredients

- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta is cooking, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and asparagus and cook until shrimp is pink and asparagus is tender.
- Drain pasta and add to the shrimp and asparagus mixture.
- Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
