Ingredients

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, apple, cranberries, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle goat cheese over the salad.
- Serve immediately.
