Ingredients
Scale
- 6 cups chopped kale
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Massage kale with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add bacon, apple, and cranberries.
- Whisk apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and water.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss.
- Serve immediately.
