Description

Quick and easy salmon tacos made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded cabbage, salsa, avocado, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Warm tortillas.
  7. Fill each tortilla with salmon and your favorite toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.
