Quick and easy salmon tacos made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound salmon fillet, skinless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Toppings: shredded cabbage, salsa, avocado, lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, toss salmon with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Warm tortillas.
- Fill each tortilla with salmon and your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time depending on the thickness of the salmon.
- For extra flavor, marinate salmon for 30 minutes before cooking.
