Description

Quick and easy maple glazed chicken breast cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container. Pour maple glaze over chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being sure to not overcrowd.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze.
  • Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or rice.
